We know that our parishioners are incredibly dedicated to supporting the ongoing ministry of the Riverwest Food Pantry. Although the pandemic has required the cancellation of all food drives for RWFP (including the physical donation of the “Item of the Week” at our parish Masses), we would like to support the Community of Generosity with a Virtual Food Drive!
It’s easy! Instead of purchasing your Item of the Week and bringing it with you to Mass, all you have to do is visit https://yougivegoods.com/familyoffourparishes-september, click on your parish, and then SHOP! It really is that easy… and will have a lasting impact on supporting the needs of our neighbors. Our September goal is 1500 pounds of food. Let’s see what we can do! If you have any questions, please contact Laura Hancock at email@example.com. Thank you for your generous giving!!
You can also give through online financial giving found at www.riverwestfoodpantry.org.
Thanks as always for your generosity to our pantry community!
About Riverwest Food Pantry
Riverwest Food Pantry exists to alleviate food insecurity by providing emergency food assistance and healthy, sustainable food access to the low and moderate income residents in the 53202, 53212, 53203, 53211, and 53217 zip codes of the City of Milwaukee. Volunteers assist in various ways with receipt, organization and distribution of food. The food provided can be the entry point to connect a person to relationships and resources. We believe growing, shopping, cooking and sharing food provides a context for connection, health and personal development.
